What data we collect

Through the inquiry form we collect the data you enter yourself: name, phone, email, parcel location and a map link, crop, area, terrain type, accessibility, preferred service, whether you work with an agronomist, and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to reply to your inquiry and prepare a service estimate. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Where data is stored

We store the data from the form in a Cloudflare D1 database that only we can access. The site is served by Cloudflare, and the form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. We may use the email service Brevo to notify us of new inquiries. These providers process data on our behalf as processors.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any cooperation, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, and the right to object and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AZOP). To exercise your rights, contact info@agrodron.com.hr.

Cookies and analytics

For basic traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individuals. Google Analytics loads only after you consent via the cookie notice, and you can decline analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
