Privacy policy
How we collect and process your personal data from the inquiry form, in line with GDPR.

What data we collect
Through the inquiry form we collect the data you enter yourself: name, phone, email, parcel location and a map link, crop, area, terrain type, accessibility, preferred service, whether you work with an agronomist, and your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to reply to your inquiry and prepare a service estimate. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Where data is stored
We receive inquiries by email via Brevo and record them in a Google Sheet to process the request. The site is served by Cloudflare, and the form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process data on our behalf as processors.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any cooperation, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, and the right to object and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AZOP). To exercise your rights, contact info@agrodron.com.hr.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. For traffic measurement we use analytics that sets no cookies and does not identify individuals.
